From Bushwalks and
Outdoor Adventures to
Secure Parkland Plays
your dogs will have plenty of exercise and mental stimulation during their Borking Mad sessions.

ACTIVITIES:
We offer sessions that can be scheduled for one, two, or three hours.
Comprising of Secure Parkland Plays, Bushwalks and other Outdoor Adventures in groups of up to four (4).
Borking Mad dogs are given the opportunity to make use of the environment around them, such as tree logs and agility equipment when available, to provide varied and engaging experiences for the dogs.
We utilise our own leads to use in tandem with your provided collars or harnesses, to ensure that the dogs are secure during the walk.
To assure your dogs safety, all bushwalks and outdoor adventures will be undertaken entirely on-leash.
Dogs will only be allowed off-lead freedom inside safe and secure fenced areas
At fenced ovals, when suitable, we supply tennis balls, soft toys, ropes, frisbees, and other toys to keep the dogs entertained during secured park plays. We are always happy to cater to the individual preferences and interests of each dog in our care. For example, if a client requests soft toys for their dog, we will ensure that the dog has access to them during their walks.
For safety reasons, this activity will not occur at dog parks, only at secured ovals and parklands.
Tasty treats are offered to the dogs, taking into consideration, any dietary requirements or restrictions.

TRANSPORTATION:
All dogs will be picked up and dropped off at home as part of the service.*
To ensure the safety and security of your dogs during transportation, Borking Mad has installed anchor points in the car.
These anchor points prevent the dogs from freely roaming around the car and ensure that they are securely restrained while being transported.
*First pick ups will commence between
8:45am - 9:00am.

HOT DAYS AND INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Our first priority is the comfort and well-being of our charges, we adjust our practices as is needed for days of extreme heat, or inclement weather.
When it comes to hot days, we will always try to provide cool shaded areas, with quiet rest times between exercising for the dogs.
If that is not possible, we will ensure that the dogs have unlimited access to fresh water to help them cool down. We use our own water bowls and water bottles and will also use the dog park water taps to provide plenty of hydration.
We will take our time to wet down and cool the dogs to ensure their core temperature doesn’t change too rapidly and safeguard against the possibility of overheating.
Additionally there is refreshing air conditioning in the Borking Mad Mobile for extra cooling.
In the event of storms, hail, extreme rain, or dangerous winds, we prioritize the safety of our furry friends and will cancel all walks. This is to prevent any risks associated with such conditions and to ensure that our charges are not exposed to any danger or discomfort. We will do our best to notify owners as soon as possible of any cancellations due to inclement weather.

SPECIAL NEEDS DOGS WELCOME
Dogs with illnesses or physical disabilities are welcome as long as the Borking Mad team can provide the necessary care.
If a dog has any special needs, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can accommodate those needs.

All new dogs will be vetted through a trial day, to assess their behaviour and make sure they are a good fit for the group, ensuring that all dogs are safe and happy during their time together at Borking Mad.
